In mocked-up Victorian-style rooms in London's most famous fictional address, 221b Baker Street, you can examine a range of Holmes-related exhibits, including some of the letters written to Conan Doyle's great detective by fans who hadn't quite grasped the "fictional" concept, while costumed characters, including a Victorian bobby and maid, guide you around. It's pretty kitschy and touristy, with a well-stocked gift shop -- where you can pick up that all important deer-stalker -- but worth a visit if you're a Holmes fanatic. It's probably of limited interest to anyone else.
